The Malbec comes from the terroir close to the cellar to the west of Môtier. This red wine reveals itself with power and elegance.

  • Maceration takes place in “open” oak barrels for Malbec. 
  • Long aging for 18 months in barrels then 12 months in vats to give all the patina to the young, angular tannins.
