Based on a blend predominantly of Pinot Noir, our Rosé is complemented by Gamaret, Gamay and a small touch of Malbec.
We make a rosé by bleeding our red wine vats in order to extract a first juice poor in color.
Pinot Noir brings roundness and vinosity, Gamaret the more structuring part in tannins, Gamay gives freshness and Malbec a more complex aromatic touch.
