DESCRIPTION

The first Nature-Nature wine from Switzerland. Nature because the vines are treated without copper and Nature because it is vinified without sulphites, without inputs and without filtration.

Notes of herbal tea, dried fruit and white flowers combine with mineral flavors on an extremely delicate mouthfeel. A vibrant wine, the result of research ahead of its time, a UFO (Unidentified Wine Object) whose name links to the most natural roots and elementary practices.
